A long wide golden beach that gives
the water an emerald shade, the sea bottom becomes
rapidly deep. Here you may find a lot of beach facilities:
sunbeds, sunshade and pedalos. On the left there's a
rocky promontory called Cuccureddus: an area of
archeological interest. Here are the remains of a
Phoenician settlement: a trading post and a temple,
perhaps dedicated to Ashtart, are recognizable. This
site was subsequentely used by Punics and Romans.
