PUNTA MOLENTIS
It's a bay of enchanting
beauty. On the right a pebble beach with the mouth of a
stream called Riu Trottu: crooked stream, but the
sea-bed is sandy. The most beautiful part is to the left,
where the promontory forms a small sheltered cove of
white sand not far from the Cavoli island where the
water remains shallow for several meters. Behind the
strand are sand dunes where grow juniperus thousand
years old and scented sea lilies, and some water pools where is not difficult find
trapped fishes. Here you may rent sun umbrellas, and sun
beds, there's also a small bar. On the other side of the
promontory, facing Serpentara island, there's a
bay with large blocks of granite freakish sculpted by
the wind, here the water is istantly several meters deep
