The holiday cottage is located in an area called "Altura", 200 meters away from the Simius beach (an easy walk), and about a kilometer from the village's center, where you may find all the main services: banks, shops, grocery stores, post office, chemist, restaurants, newspapers kiosk, church and the central square: the heart of the nightlife. At 8 km distance you'll find the Minni Minni forest, a very nice protected woodland.

Villa Saverio is a house that sleep up for five people, situated in a peaceful suburb of nice cottages with a lot of wild nature around it. The house has a large garden with authomatic light and watering plant, there's also a place to park a car. The house stands besides another identical: Villa Giovanna, the garden's entrance is in common, but the garden is well-divided: there are cactus between the two areas and the two houses don't stand in the same row to guarantee enough privacy.
